Magnum Offshore Products AS is owned by MAVI AS, a private investment company 100% owned by the Vika family.The company is registered in the Brønnøysund Registers with Org. No. 987 032 588-MVA in Norway.
Magnus Vika is Managing Director and Chairman of the Board for both companies.

Magnum Offshore Products AS has implemented ISO 9002 Quality Management System.
Health Safety and Envirnoment (HSE) policy has been established and the HSE-policy forms an important and natural part of the Quality Management System in the day-to-day operation of the company.
The company clients, represented by Magnum Offshore Products; NOV Shaffer Pressure Control Equipment and Oil States Industries Inc. are equally and paralelly committed to the HSE policy implemented at Magnum Offshore Products AS:
